Our wellbeing and mindfulness activities are focused on giving your staff the time to relax, reflect and refresh. Increasing mindfulness with your employees and making them feel that their well-being is being looked after by the company can increase loyalty, help reduce their stress and mitigate the risk of burnout. In this day and age being able to stay calm and rapidly adapt to shifting circumstances with an open mind is and will always be a competitive advantage.

Pak Lap has some of the most beautiful views Hong Kong can offer, and we want to show all of these to the participants without any pressure at all. Our facilitators will guide you safely through a scenic route and provide fascinating details about the locations.

Aromatherapy and Self Massage

Stress can sometimes build up unconsciously for numerous reasons and they can result to poor sleep quality, loss of appetite and lack of energy, etc. Aromatherapy is a natural remedy for stress and it can help us calm and reconnect our body and mind. Focusing on stress relieving, participants will explore the best calming/soothing essential oils, learn the easy self massage techniques for self soothing and create your own essential oil blend to take home.

Yoga and Meditation

What better way to start your day than to train both your mind and body through yoga and meditation? Depending on the weather, this activity can be conducted indoors, on the beach or a grassy field surrounded by nature. Participants will feel more relaxed physically and mentally by the end of the activity.
