Booking Limitations

1. This workshop requires a minimum number of 4 participants. If there is not enough participants, the workshop will be rescheduled to the next workshop time slot or date. You will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
2. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the workshop day.

Payment Terms

1. A full amount payment must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop commences.
2. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the workshop commences.
3. No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 24 hours before the workshop commences.
4. In a force majeure or unforeseen event, STREAM Education reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
5. Latecomers or no-shows can’t be refunded.
6. Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time.

Amendment Policy

1. You are allowed to amend the date of the activity once only. Any amendments must be done at least 2 days before the workshop commences, subject to STREAM Education instructor and facilities availability. Please contact STREAM Education through:
