東方薈萃藝術學院 Art Institute of the Orient

東方薈萃藝術學院(AIO)位於廣州沙面，樓高四層，前身為法國東方匯理銀行，建於 1914 年，現時屬於沙面國家級文物保護區的歷史建築之一。AIO內部保留了許多結合歷史與藝術元素的設施，包括藝術教室、陳列空間及咖啡廳等，其壁爐及門框更具百年歷史，原貌保留至今。

參加者可在專業藝術導師的指導下，除了能了解AIO以至沙面古建築群外，還能探索沙面這個於19世紀至20世紀時屬華南地區對外的貿易重鎮，利用海上或港口貿易品作為基礎元素，並結合藝術，創造出獨一無二的藝術作品，激發他們以海洋周邊產業為軸心的創新思維。

The Art Institute of the Orient (AIO) is housed within a four-story building in Guangzhou dating back to 1914 and has a blend of historical and artistic features weaved into its facilities, including art classrooms, exhibition spaces, and a cosy cafe.

Under the guidance of skilled art instructors, participants can delve into the history of AIO and Shamian and create unique artworks by incorporating elements from sea trade goods, igniting their innovative thinking pivoted on marine-related industries.
