Morning: Travel by bus to Pak Lau Village, then walk to Pak Lau Wan for a traditional knot-tying workshop lasting one hour. Enjoy complimentary local snacks from Old Hong Kong (popcorn and cotton candy) during the session, and take home Hakka pudding as souvenirs. Pak Lau Wan boasts clear waters and beautiful scenery and features various photo spots, including a lotus pond, wooden bridges, and the popular colorful cottages. Lunch will be served at Pak Lau Restaurant, where you can indulge in traditional Hakka flavors.

Visit to Liangshewan Tin Hau Temple and Former Village School Site:

Stroll to Liangshewan East, enjoying stunning views of Pak Lau Wan along the way, until you reach Liangshewan Tin Hau Temple, built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. The temple is historically significant, featuring a grand entrance with granite pillars, an ancient bell, and a dragon palanquin from the Qing Dynasty. The main hall houses the statue of Tin Hau, flanked by two guardian deities, Chien Li Yan and Shun Feng Er, who protect the local residents. Continuing north, you will find the Liangshewan Public School, where participants can learn about the village's educational history.

Boat Tour to Explore Fishing Village Culture and Unique Geological Heritage:

In the afternoon, board a Chinese or Western-style yacht to view fish rafts up close and gain insights into fishing village culture. Simultaneously, admire Hong Kong's Global Geopark, featuring impressive geological formations such as massive hexagonal columns, fault lines, and twisted rock columns, making for a rich and enjoyable experience. After the tour, return to Sai Kung Pier by bus.
