    Students will gain hands-on experience to identify, dissect, and understand the internal structure of fish, along with knowledge of sustainable fisheries.

  • 通過多種交互媒體了解魚類辨識的科學方法,探討永續漁業對於香港及地區的重要性。

    Learn about fish taxonomy methods through a variety of interactive media, and explore the importance of sustainable fisheries to Hong Kong and the region.

  • 參與者將有機會近距離觀察並觸摸香港魚類學會珍藏的多種魚類標本,感受不同魚類的外在特徵

    Participants will have the opportunity to observe and touch a variety of fish specimens collected by the Ichthyological Society of Hong Kong up close.

  • 通過個人或小組的形式,使用工具解剖當天採購的冷鮮魚,取得任務要求的部位

    As an individual or in a group, use tools to dissect the fresh fish purchased on the day and obtain the parts required by the task.
